Keisha Rheinberger, Arts Therapist at Empowered Art Therapy is a Masters qualified allied health practitioner working with all ages and abilities located at Kindred Art Space, Frankston.
Keisha who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts) with a specialisation in printmaking has experience working within hospitals, mental health services and an allied health private practice, facilitating individual and group art therapy sessions. Keisha works with children, youth and adults to support them in finding inner strengths, discover their authentic self and express themselves creatively. She deeply believes in the therapeutic benefits of art; witnessing how it can be easier to make art about difficult experiences and feelings than it can be talking about them.
Keisha values and creates a non-judgemental, affirming and empathetic place where people can show up as they are and discover meaning through their experiences. She is particularly passionate about creating an inclusive space that is free from shame to work towards each person’s goals.
